Sourdough Malt Biscuits
Ingredients
- 200 g sourdough discard
- 200 g all purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 60 g malted milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 t vanilla
Method
- Mix the ingredients until combined.
- Cover and let rest for 30-60 minutes at room temperature
- Divide into three balls
- Roll each ball between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/16th inch.
- Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the lines to create a rectangular cracker array
- Poke each cracker 3-5 times with a fork
- Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes, or until starting to brown
