Skillet Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour (180g)
- 4.6 oz water (132g)
- 3/4 t salt
- 3/4 T oil
- 1 T yeast
Method
- Mix flour and salt
- Add yeast to lukewarm water
- Add oil
- Add flour/salt
- Mix for about 30 seconds, do not knead. Should be sticky.
- Let rise at room temp till doubled, about 2-3 hours
- (Optional: refrigerate for 3-4 hours to make it easier to work with)
- Make into 2-1/2 inch balls, roll flat, about 5-6 inches round.
- (Opional: press some minced garlic into the round)
- Heat oil in skillet, cook for about 1 minute on a side.
