Popovers

Ingredients
- 156 g flour (1.25 c)
- 3/4 t salt
- 354 ml milk (1.5 c)
- 3 large eggs (4?)
Method
Mix flour & salt together in bowl
Lightly grease the popover pans.
[-75] Preheat oven to 400.
[-60] Heat milk to 120.
[-52] add milk & eggs to flour/salt mixture
[-50] Whisk batter until mostly smooth, a few lumps are ok.
[-47] Pour into popover pans.
[-45] Bake 40-45 minutes.
[0] Serve
Notes
Reheat for 5 minutes at 300, 7 minutes if frozen.
This recipe makes 6 decent-sized popovers. Easy to scale this recipe down to make popovers for two with a single egg!
