Persian Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or 4 chicken thighs)
- 4 T olive oil
- 2 t turmeric
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t cayenne
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t allspice
- 1/2 t black pepper
Method
If using breasts, slice them into two thin fillets.
Mix the oil and seasonings into a paste, dredge the chicken in the paste and marinate for several hours or overnight.
Bake at 400F (or 375F w/convection) for 35-40 minutes.
