Matcha Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 10 oz milk
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t matcha, ceremonial or culinary grade
  • 1/4 t Chai Powder

Method

  • Put the milk in a saucepan and heat to 170F, about 2-3 minutes
  • Meanwhile, put the sugar, matcha, and chai in an immersion blender vessel
  • Pour the hot milk into the vessel
  • Blend with the immersion blender for 15-20 seconds
  • Strain through a filter screen into your mug.
