Matcha Chai Latte
Ingredients
- 10 oz milk
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t matcha, ceremonial or culinary grade
- 1/4 t Chai Powder
Method
- Put the milk in a saucepan and heat to 170F, about 2-3 minutes
- Meanwhile, put the sugar, matcha, and chai in an immersion blender vessel
- Pour the hot milk into the vessel
- Blend with the immersion blender for 15-20 seconds
- Strain through a filter screen into your mug.
