Garlic/Wine Green Beans

- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 T butter
- 1 oz white wine
Method

- [00:00] trim beans and cut into 1 - 1.5 inch pieces
- [00:00] chop garlic
- [00:13] heat butter in a saucepan at medium high heat
- [00:11] add garlic when butter is meted and bubbling
- [00:09] cook until golden, stirring to prevent burning
- [00:09] add green beans and white wine
- [00:10] cover and reduce heat to low
- [00:10] cook for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender
- [00:10] hold with heat off for 10-15 minutes
