Garlic/Wine Green Beans

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 oz white wine

Method

  • [00:00] wash green beans
  • [00:00] trim beans and cut into 1 - 1.5 inch pieces

  • [00:13] heat butter in a saucepan at medium high heat
  • [00:11] add garlic when butter is meted and bubbling
  • [00:09] cook until golden, stirring to prevent burning
  • [00:09] add green beans and white wine
  • [00:10] cover and reduce heat to low
  • [00:10] cook for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender
