Crispy Chilli Corn

Ingredients
- 2 c Corn kernels
- 1 t Ginger-garlic paste
- to dust Corn flour
- 1 T Maida (All Purpose Flour)
- 1 T (chopped finely) Onion
- 1 (chopped finely) Green chilli
- 1/2 t Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste,
- 1 t Chaat masala
- Oil for frying,
Method
Mix corn kernels, salt, ginger-garlic paste, maida and corn-flour such that the corn kernels are well coated with this mixture.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the corn over high-heat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
In another pan, heat a little oil add onions and green chilli. Saute a little. Add fried corns. Toss it and add salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix gently and serve hot immediately.
