Chicken Teriyaki Sliders

Ingredients

  • Chicken, best to use boneless thighs cut in half
  • Onions, sliced (can also add peppers, mushrooms, whatever you want)
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • King’s Hawaiian Rolls

Method

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder (also maybe a little lemon juice or vinegar)
  2. Broil it or pan fry it till it’s done
  3. Sautee the onions for about 3-4 minutes over very high heat
  4. Return the chicken to the pan and cook for one more minute
  5. Add the teriyaki sauce to the hot pan and reduce heat to low
  6. Let it cook for a few minutes to reduce a bit and stir to coat the chicken and veggies with the sauce
  7. Toast the rolls, spread mayo on them, and load’em up with the goods. Add more teriyaki if you want at this time
