Chicken Teriyaki Sliders
Ingredients
- Chicken, best to use boneless thighs cut in half
- Onions, sliced (can also add peppers, mushrooms, whatever you want)
- Teriyaki sauce
- King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Method
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder (also maybe a little lemon juice or vinegar)
- Broil it or pan fry it till it’s done
- Sautee the onions for about 3-4 minutes over very high heat
- Return the chicken to the pan and cook for one more minute
- Add the teriyaki sauce to the hot pan and reduce heat to low
- Let it cook for a few minutes to reduce a bit and stir to coat the chicken and veggies with the sauce
- Toast the rolls, spread mayo on them, and load’em up with the goods. Add more teriyaki if you want at this time
