Carrot Daikon Slaw

Ingredients
- 150 g shredded diakon
- 150 g shredded carrot
- 200 g water
- 100 g rice vinegar
- 100 g white vinegar
- 40 g sugar
- 4 g salt
Method
- Bring water, vinegars, salt and sugar to a boil.
- Pour over the shredded veggies
- Cover and refrigerate
Notes
Keeps in the fridge for weeks. Used in Banh Mi and Crispy Rice Salad
