Carrot Daikon Slaw

Ingredients

  • 150 g shredded diakon
  • 150 g shredded carrot
  • 200 g water
  • 100 g rice vinegar
  • 100 g white vinegar
  • 40 g sugar
  • 4 g salt

Method

  • Bring water, vinegars, salt and sugar to a boil.
  • Pour over the shredded veggies
  • Cover and refrigerate

Notes

Keeps in the fridge for weeks. Used in Banh Mi and Crispy Rice Salad
