Caramel Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
- 226 g butter
- 227 g confectioner’s sugar
- 328 g (1 cup) caramel sauce
- 1 t vanilla
Method
- Put the (room temperature) butter in a stand mixer with paddle attachment.
- Mix on medium until butter is fluffy
- Set mixer to slow and gradually add the confectioner’s sugar until incorporated
- Add the caramel sauce and vanilla, mix until incorporated.
- Mix on medium for an additional 5-10 minutes until fluffy
