Bread Machine Recipes

Makes: 1.5 lb loaf

Ingredients

• 1 c warm water
• 2 T shortening
• 2 T sugar
• 2 1/2 c flour
• 1 t salt
• 2 1/4 t yeast

Raisin Bread Ingredients

• 1 c warm water
• 2 T shortening
• 3 T sugar
• 3 c flour
• 1-2 t cinnamon
• 1 t salt
• 2 1/4 t yeast
• 3/4 c raisin in the dispenser

Method

• Add ingredients in the prescribed order
• Use the “Crusty Loaf” setting

Notes

I usually use butter for the shortening.
